Abstract

Specimens of juvenile and mature rabbitfish, Siganus oramin and S. striolata, were submitted to stomach analyses. Agarophytes of the genera Gracilaria, Hypnea and Laurencia proved to be the most preferred diet. Small invertebrates were ingested accidentally. © 1973 Springer-Verlag.
